Some days this business feels great.
Other days it feels like:
• People ghosting after you pour hours into their situation
• $10M+ prospects price‑shopping you against the lowest cost providers
• Posting content that feels like it disappears into the void
That was me this week.
I spend my days telling very successful people:
• Stick to a plan
• Keep doing the boring, right thing
• Ignore short‑term noise so the long‑term math works in their favor
And then I catch myself wanting to do the opposite in my own business.
The truth is, the game is the same on both sides of the table:
• For investors: own good assets, manage risk and taxes, let time do the rest.
• For entrepreneurs: make the content, take the calls, keep showing up when it’s not fun.
Most of the value I create for clients is stopping them from making one or two big, emotional mistakes with their money.
The work for me is doing the same thing in my business: not letting temporary feelings pull me out of the systems and processes that lead to long‑term success.
So if you’re an entrepreneur going through the “lonely chapter” and feeling stuck, just know that’s where almost everyone else quits.
I’m not going to.
I’m going to keep taking the calls, keep doing the deep work on complex situations, and keep pressing publish on posts like this even when it feels like no one’s watching.
