For the last 1.5 years, QFS has been a one‑advisor firm by design.
This year, the number of $5M+ families and complex cases we’ve taken on has grown a lot. With that comes a lot more coordination and follow‑through. To keep the bar high, we made our first full‑time hire last month.
Meet Erica, our client service associate. She brings more than 15 years of experience across financial services, operations, and client service. Erica has a genuine obsession with making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What this means for clients:
• Faster, smoother onboarding and account changes
• Proactive coordination with CPAs, attorneys, and fund managers
• A dedicated point of contact for day‑to‑day questions and follow‑up
My job is to live in the weeds on tax‑aware strategy and portfolio design. Her job is to make sure the plan we build together actually gets implemented cleanly and consistently.
I’m excited about this step because it lets us keep the boutique, high‑touch work we’re known for, while adding the operational depth you’d expect from a larger firm.
